New and different approaches to contract management:
How can we work smarter?

The March forum concentrated on different and better approaches to formulating bushland restoration contracts and their delivery on the ground.

Out of this forum came three big issues for discussion among the industry. All of these issues require ongoing discussion and input from many industry representatives (in both the public and private sectors) and organisations such as AABR. The RBIA Inc is facilitating the discussion of these issues with individuals and organisations within the industry.
